Our History: In 2018, we set out on a mission to change the culinary landscape of Montgomery County. Our first significant achievement was drafting changes to the city ordinance governing food truck operating hours, paving the way for a more vibrant and diverse food scene in the area. This marked the beginning of "Taste the Asian," the first Asian fusion food truck in Montgomery County.

 

 

Our Unique Flavor: At "Taste the Asian," we're all about creating culinary magic that's a fusion of Pan-Asian influences and the cherished techniques of home-cooked goodness. Our dishes burst with unique flavors and creations that are a testament to our passion for the culinary arts.
